Cancellation/Late Arrival

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 36 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If you cancel within 36 hours, you will be charged $25 per service scheduled. If you "no-show" your appointment, you will be charged $25 per service scheduled and I will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your next appointment.

 

If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know ASAP. If you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment time or later, we may have to alter your service (i.e. no blow dry, cut, etc) or reschedule.

When you provide your email and/or phone number when booking online, you will be sent a confirmation after booking as well as an appointment reminder 2 days prior to your appointment. I'll be ready for you at the salon, so please make it to your scheduled appointment! 

Service Satisfaction

Its important to me that you love your hair and I do my best to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction! If you're having challenges at home with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to make any minor adjustments that align with our original consultation.​

 

Color services are guaranteed when using a professional quality of products! "Professional" products found on Amazon, in CVS, etc. can be tampered with, watered down, or entirely fake.

 

Should you make a retail purchase you're unsatisfied with, I accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your original purchase. 

Kids in the Salon

The salon can be a dangerous place for kids - chemicals, sharp objects, and hot tools are present at all times.  Please find a babysitter for your kiddo(s) before coming in.  I want you to enjoy your time in the salon for you, and not have to worry or supervise your kid(s) while you are in.
